The insulation work was completed in a timely manner and everything looked great until we noticed that one of the window frames had a two-inch half-moon chunk taken out; the same diameter as the holes that were drilled into our walls (the insulation was blown into these holes and later sealed and re-stuccoed). My husband called the sales rep several times before finally receiving a response from someone else, who told him someone would be by to take a look at it.
Quickly thereafter, the person my husband spoke with came by herself to take photos of the damage and let me know that they would take care of it and to expect someone the following Monday. A few days into the following week after no one came by, we called to see what was going on and were told someone for sure would be by the next Monday. Towards the middle of week two, when no one showed up, we called again. Continually trying to give this company the benefit of the doubt, we did this dance until "next week" became silence. At this point, our calls aren't being answered or returned and it has now been a month.
Funny that someone was able to stop by to pick up their "advertising sign" that they posted in front of our house. Would not recommend this company to anyone.
