AWFUL. I'm not sure if the people who work there are really unhappy and just need to leave, or maybe they should all be fired. The WORST customer service I have ever had in my life, when you call for questions or to book an appointment it feels like you are speaking with the people who are least interested in your well-being. The RT was fine but the women who work in the office and answer phones seriously need to be fired or go through a really strong customer service training program. The worst part is the company has a really bad rep, my doctor's office had horror stories about the place that went back and obviously they haven't done anything to fix any of it. I do not in any way recommend any contact with this company nor should anyone have to put any faith/trust in those people to help with anything.
