This SOB stole thousands of dollars never completed any work and had sub contractors knocking on my door for payment. Work that was incomplete was shotty at best, Hasbrouck Heights town hall is after this jerk for fraud WHAT A SCUM BAG!!! still trying to recoup damage done, half a@s addition/kitchen bath this guy did. Should have known when subs were quitting mid job... Had to personally pay dumpster company and others to get my property back in order. RUN run as fast as you can and DO NOT HIRE THIS JERK!! Sebastian took a deposit and started work but never finished. The work that was done by his "framer was all unlevel. He never paid any of his guys and one came knocking at my door looking to be paid by me! He isn't answering his phone and shouldn't be trusted. Used the money for his album. No, I am not kidding. BEWARE. He is out of money and can't buy materials or pay his guys. He also admits that he gets the cheapest subs he can so he can make the most.
