Picked up my LG flat screen today, 03/17/12. Just five days after drop off, it was repaired with a new panel and back in my home. I am impressed, so far, with the workmanship and the overall service. I never spoke to the Repair Tech Alex, but I would recommend your business and I am grateful to you and to LG warranty services.

We have an LG washer that refused to spin without erroring out. The company called us back when we left messages, was accomodating inre times and days for appointments, the technicians were knowledgeable and personable and wonder of wonders, they actually appeared when they said they would! It wasn't an easy fix but they stayed the course and we're back in business.

We have had some terrible experiences with appliance repair companies in the past (as recently as the day I called these guys!), but we are very pleased with every facet of our experience with these folks. We're having them out again to repair some appliances that are "wounded"...still working but, not optimally.

These guys are the real deal.
