I have never encountered the rudeness I received from multiple people in multiple departments from one company. I just started banking here and I am moving my money ASAP! I can't stand horrible customer service and managers that go along with it just sickens me. I will not pay my interest to help pay your paychecks and get spoken to the way they do. IT IS A HORRIBLE PLACE TO DO BUSINESS! It is as simple as that. An employee should be able to calm a situation down if needed and if you can't, you are in the wrong profession. I am just floored and can't believe the lack of customer service these days. I WILL NOT spend my money anywhere it is lacking .
