Description

Nestled in a restored century old warehouse with brick walls, wood floors and arched ceilings, Ammazza has created a place for itself amid the countless pizzerias in the city. Their pizzas are an ode to the Napoletana pies with the necessary ingredients imported from Italy and the toppings sourced from local farms. Solid addition to the ATL pizza scene and a worthy competitor of Antico; go for the inferno... the pain is worth it!

The pizza wars have been raging in Atlanta for years now with competing restaurants trying to out-Neapolitan each other at every turn. While this newcomer is aiming for the perfect Naples pie, they don’t stress out getting tomatoes or pizza ovens from the old country. Order up front and head to the dining room or bar in the back for a glimpse into the open kitchen while you wait for your pie. Pizzas are inspired by Naples-style pies but they feel free to change it up wherever they see fit, right down to the glitter pizzas available for kids.
