First 24-36 hours on the patch, and I got between 75-80% pain relief with some horrible flare-ups. 36-72 hours on the patch and the relief goes down to 50-60%. Breakthrough pain is horrible, but the staff is very good at explaining condition and procedures.

Everyone is very helpful & explained everything to me. I am very happy with my treatment. I feel very comfortable with Jamie and feel that I can ask her anything, and she will answer me in a way I know I will understand.
