I did not receive a thorough evaluation and was billed for this. I did not receive a correct diagnosis and up-to-date treatment and was billed for this. I was not given specific advice on lifestyle changes I can make to improve my health and was billed for this. I was not given the medical information I needed in an understandable way. The provider did not listen, did not give me the time I needed, and did nothing to put me at ease, and then billed me. We did not discuss treatment options and choices were not provided. The provider did not address traditional and alternative medicine treatment options and in my opinion has no compassion.
