Rude. She calls me and gets straight to the point & says did you visit the website? I said yes. She says "OK which reading do you want"? I said that I would like the standard reading. She was like okay which one? I was confused and asked her if I may have missed something more specific on her website. Given my pleasant demeanor I thought she would latch on, but her responses were cold, blunt and rude. I had no choice but to hang up because I felt like she was expecting me to know everything about her readings and rates from her website. She made me feel stupid and that I was wasting her time on the phone. Not welcoming when I asked a question.
