Hardly a Family:
It says family, but the implication is they care for your family and even are a family. But they do not care and they are not a family. My 92 year old mother has been a patient with them since years before the present owners. She needs an order for Hospice admission. The receptionist says I have two choices for her to see the doctor: bring her to the office or call the ambulance and go to the emergency room. What happened to genuine family doctors who would visit the home? This is what our health care system has come to!
