Bad Experience:
PLEASE READ!!
I had the worst experience with this place. Please don't support a business like this. I dropped my car off the night before, and they called me the next day with the details of why my car was leaking oil and that I need a new serpentine belt. I told the manager that I will give him a call back. I called autozone (which didn't take but 10 minutes) to find out that the serpentine belt was only $15 and the shop was charging $56 which did not include the labor. So I called the shop back and told them that I would like them to fix the hose but I will bring in the serpentine belt so they only have to charge for labor. The manager got so upset and said I don't have time to do that, I like to use my parts and I will just take your car off the stand. I realized that they fixed the same hose 14 months prior so I had to look for my receipt. I found it and went to the shop. The lady at the front desk said the keys are in the car. I asked did you fix the hose, and she said yes. The manager said just take your car and you don't have to come back. So I said I need a receipt that you touched my car. She said no. Basically I found out that the service I got done 14 months prior, was not done correctly. They didn't order the part from Lexus and charged me $200. They just replaced it with a regular hose that cost approximately $8. I told them I'm calling the police, so they started listening. So now he going to replace and fix it for $0.
