I highly DO NOT recomend this place. Dropped my steam cleaner off over 2 months ago, just got it today and nothing has been fixed. Manny kept telling me that the part had not come in...well if you don't order something, it won't come in. I now have the steam cleaner at another place that said at the very longest it should take to get a part is one week. Manny also tore the bottom of my hose somehow and the entire body part of my cleaner is now not straight for some reason and seems to be in worse condition than when I dropped it off in the first place. He was also suppose to replace the scrubbers on the bottom which he never did in the two months he had my cleaner. He is also very rude, I mean obviously I am a pretty patient person to listen to his excuses for over 2 months and still get nothing accomplished, yet when ever I come by the store or call he acts annoyed, when I only call or come by maybe once a week which I shouldn't have to do anyways since he originally told me it would be done in 1 week. The new place that I have my cleaner at now, said they receive a lot of new customers that were not happy at Andy's Vacuum and had similar complaints about Manny and their vacuum not getting fixed properly and waiting way longer than they were told they would wait.

Many and Andys vac was extremely helpful and courteous. I will definitely return for purchasing and service on my new vacuum.
