After having Ankmar install 3 new Lift Master's in our brand new home, we've had almost 3 years of problems with opening and closing using the remotes. They sent out a tech during warranty who said there wasn't a problem; it must be RF interference. After years of troubleshooting for interference, we've contacted them again and they don't return phone calls. When we asked for a manger they quote $280 per opener to solve the problem. (That's almost the price of a whole new opener!) We finally called another dealer, who was SO MUCH more helpful and advised us to call the manufacturer since Buckley Air force Base could be causing the interference. Chamberlain is sending free replacement logic boards! No thanks to Ankmar!
