Do NOT hire this Attorney. He does Half-A@s work for a high price. He tends to go into a court room un-prepared and will lose more than he wins. He will file court documents that should not be filed without the proof or documents to back it up. Asking him why no response to the many requests about his client - states he will not do anything for the client if he's not getting paid. This could result in months of no contact with your attorney on your active court case - with the ultimate loss of your case because of it. He is only after your money and does not care about what you are trying to do for your case. Expect a big attorney bill with the expectations of losing any case he is actively working on for you.
