AWFUL - stay away, unprofessional, not trained:
I went to the Anton's Salon in Delafield by Target, and I got a bikini wax.
The woman who did my wax (Taylor) did a horrible job, and she did HUUUGE sections at once, which was rather painful. I have gotten Brazilian waxes since I was 16, and this was by far the worst, even worse than when I travelled abroad and the people who did my waxes had received no formal training! Most of the hair had just broken off at the surface, so it was all stubble within a few days. I had to do about 2 hours of touch up when I got home to try and make her job look decent. Very sloppy.
The people at the counter are unknowledgeable about the products they carry. While I was waiting for my appointment, I inquired about the difference between two lines of products, and they had to ask three people before they could give me the information I was looking for.
Sadly I received a gift card for Anton's for Christmas...I will NOT be using it. I have no intention to ever step foot in an Anton's again. I smell a regift...
Also worth mentioning is that a woman at my work received a gift card as well and went in for a haircut. She walked away with hair that is maybe an inch longer than a buzz cut. The woman hacked off all her hair and it was very, very uneven and patchy. Terrible work.
