Plano Tortilla Factory is back and bigger than ever!!! We are a family owned self served Mexican food restraunt,byob and a venue to have events /parties. Fresh tamales and homemade tortillas!!! Operated since 1986!

We were charged 25% automatic gratuity for a large party, yet the service was extremely slow. I know it's hard to wait on a large party but had we been a party of 6 we would have had better service and paid less gratuity. I think that if you want to charge that much then it should be reflected in your service.
