CLAIM # A00001783278 We have had a terrible experience! My family has been waiting over a month inside a house with mold growing in it! We have mold in crawl space and no one is even caring to do anything about it! I have been trying to be patient but at this rate we will be lucky to see any work done by this fall. I am very very dissatisfied with Erie. I am the kinda guy that will go to the end of the earth to let people know too.
This was from a roof leak. My agent said they will only replace half the roof. They want to put new singles on half the roof and leave the other half old shingles. Im not sure if thats how your company does business but I am terribly terribly dis-satisfied with this situation. Very bad luck with Erie Insurance so far!! There is mold growing in our crawl space... No one is addressing it what so ever and we filed the claim over a month ago. I hope all 5000 of my friends see this. CLAIM # A00001783278
