Completly Reccomend-Richardson/North Dallas Apple Orthodontix:
QUICK NOTE:THIS REVIEW IS ABOUT RICHARDSON AND NORTH DALLAS APPLE ORTHODONTIX OFFICES UNDER DR. COLES CARE.
I got my braces of in 2005 just before i entered into High School. I got so many complements from my smile thanks to Apple Orthodontix it help me have confidence in myself! Now in 2011 and in college people still complement on how nice my smile is. And even though time has passed i still remember the Dental Assistants and Dr. Coles. They were always nice and pleasant to interact with. I've also had siblings go to Apple and they all have had wonderful experiences. I actually have a brother-in-law who is in braces right now and his teeth are coming together amazingly! Dr. Coles is willing to work with anyone and explain what he does to straightens the teeth as you go so that you are part of the treatment. Over all i would recommend anyone to go to Dr. Coles and Apple Orthodontix!

The Worst Smile of Your Life:
I went into Apple Orthodontix for minor straightening of my teeth. Almost 4 years later, I have a terribly crooked jaw and pains when I chew. I complained to the doctor who performed the work, Dr. Jimi D. Mehta, who later promised compensation. After I returned to his office to ask if indeed Apple Orthodontix will compensate me for my physical distress, Dr. Mehta turned me away saying, “I don’t know, I just work here”. I have sent written complaints to their main office and spoken with Krissy Bond, the Head Manager of their corporate office about this matter. She told me that the owner, Chad M Packard, met with doctors to review my case. She promised a resolution. Now, Krissy Bond longer return my calls. The braces Dr. Jimi D. Mehta fitted me for have not even been removed! I went into Apple Orthodontix with complete trust and hard-earned money. What I got in return is the worst smile of my life, evasiveness and cold shoulder. I feel it is my absolute duty to inform the public to beware of Apple Orthodontix unethical practice. Pay a little extra if you need to for better work and better customer care. I advise you to go somewhere else.
