I do not know how to evaluate!:
My iphone replacement parts are required, my own online purchase the appropriate parts to replace themselves, already easy to get!

Unfortuanitely, they're closed:
Had several MacBooks and iPhone fixed here. Friendly guy, and much cheapesr than the Apple Store.

A one man sloppy business:
The logic board on my macbook pro failed back in September. They give you a promise time of about a week, but in about a week he hadn't even diagnosed the problem. He finally got around to fixing the logic board and charged me a little over what the Apple Store would have charged. The only problem is the Apple store offers a free 1 year apple service plan when you get products refurbished by them. This guy only gives you a 30 day warranty.
Lo and behold, not two months later the logic board fails again on my laptop and its after the warranty, so he wont do anything about it, even if I had dropped $300 on his worthless one man operation. He told me he would do a free diagnosis and would let me know by the end of the week what was going on, but two and a half weeks later he hasn't even looked at my computer. "Oh we are really busy right now due to the holiday break". This guy is full of s@!t, i dont even think he has more than himself on his staff, so i dont know why he says "we". I just had him send me my laptop back as ill go through the Apple store. I know supporting local small businesses is good, but not when the business is destined to fail. This is one of the worst customer services experiences I have ever had, and possible the grandest waste of money I have ever invested.
