I wanted to give the Apple store 4 stars because I love the brand but I have to give 3 stars because of bad return policies. The store is new and it looks nice from the outside and also inside. They have 3 levels I think. They also sell a lot of accessories. The staff is cool and very mixed. I have 4 iPods and my baby my iPhone. Their gadgets are 1st class. Their return policy sucks big time only 14 days. You have free year warranty but here is the bad part. If it's personal damage like water damage or cracked screen they won't repair it or exchange. Now if you are in that situation after a year you are screwed and after spending a lot of money on them you will have to spend more money again to buy another iPod or computer. If you are rich good for you but if you are in the middle or poor I know it will be tough. So before buying Apple think twice and thrwice LOL. Truereview here to tell you the truth.

A madhouse since it opened in 2008, the Boston store is open Monday through Saturday 9am to 10pm, Sunday 11am to 7pm. The Cambridge location is smaller and in a mall -- a plus or a minus, depending on your tastes.
