I own an apartment building and while I was out-of-town, I needed to have a coin-op appliance replaced. They took the old along with the coin box, even with instructions to leave it because of my inaccessiblity. Afterward, phone calls were not returned and I eventually had to give up. In addition, the replacement model was of lesser quality. :(

My mother utilized their service to install a washer/dryer. Some time after the install, the clamp used to hold the waste hose broke. My mother sent a letter to them asking them to reimburse the neighbor below her for the water damage that occurred (she lives in a condo). She asked that they call me as she is dealing with my ill father. I received a call where the gentleman I was talking with said they were not at fault, they did not make the clamp, and were unwilling to help. He blamed GE and was unwilling to stand by their work even though the clamp and installation of the clamp was purchased through their business. We are not sure if the clamp was installed incorrectly or if it broke. Either way, I would stay away from anyone that does not stand by their work. Wrong business attitude. Could have said we will work with GE etc. but was completely washing their hands of any responsibility
