STAY AWAY! This is one p*ss poor 3rd rate outfit and thoroughly unprofessional. They'll arrive at your home in an unmarked vehicle with the "tech" wearing nothing that resembles any kind of company uniform. They'll quote you one price over the phone, which will mysteriously balloon into several hundred dollars once they arrive. They offer no contact information whatsoever, except for the name of the "parent" company with a Florida address (..your first clue). If you search for these guys locally online, they list addresses of local VACANT LOTS. Their entire MO is right out of the Irish Travelers handbook. Call ANYONE but these guys. And beware, they operate using different names, such as Affordable Appliance Service. Total ripoff artists.
