For 3 months I went back and forth with them on trying to get the damage fixed. They would offer to come out and fix it and then not show up. Ultimately I had to get 3 outside estimates. Then the company lied again and said a settlement check was put in the mail on November 10th, when the check finally came it was postmarked November 17th, the day I called. Then the check was for much less than the estimates submitted. Appliance Installations Plus sold their integrity by paying out $1300 less than the lowest estimate. It's a bad company plain and simple. Avoid them so you don't go through the same ridiculous situation I did.
