Don't make my mistake & read reviews afterwards. You cannot reach anyone unless you press "one" indicating you are a provider. Neither a local office nor the 888 number will answer a call from a customer. Read the reviews regarding lack of service, billing error horror stories, all of it. Now I have to figure out how to disengage from them & find another company to supply my Cpap supplies.

They are not in any kind of hurry to help. Wait for an appointment. Wait for a call. Wait for a replacement part. It's never their fault. They say they are always so busy. I was the only customer in the building for over an hour the day I was there and I still had to wait. Because I am not renting, but have purchased equipment, it'll be 24-48 hours before someone can contact me about it not working. I've only had it two months. If sleep apnea can kill, why are these people in this business if they don't want to help? I'm very frustrated. I've yet to experience a good night's sleep either.
