Everything was great. Ray did everything we needed. Our house looks great and our deck looks brand new. I highly recommend him to anyone.

I've been in my house 18 years and never had it power washed. To say it was long overdue is an understatement. In addition, my house is white, and the north side had extensive mildew stains that were highly visible on the white paint.

Ray came in and did a full walk through and told me everything that he could do and presented me with a detailed item by item proposal. I needed everything from the roof, chimney, siding, gutters, windows, down to my patios, driveway and decking.

When I came home from work that day I almost didn't recognize the place. The results were amazing!! Ray's crew were at my house the whole day and scrubbed everything! The place didn't look this good when I moved in!!

Don't waste your money on the $295 guys...you'll get exactly what you pay for....which is not much. Aqua Clean costs a little more, but the results are well worth it. I'd highly recommend Aqua Clean power washing to anyone! Thanks Ray!

This is Ray from Aqua Clean Power Washing. I am writing regarding the yahoo posting by Mary in spring 2013. I went through my data base for April and May 2013 and don’t see a Mary listed so I question the validity of this review. That being said we did have some vegetation complaints in 2013. As a result we switched over to different vendors for the detergents and sodium hypochlorite we using. I also attended 6 days of continuing education in the spring of 2014 to improve our level of customer service. 4 days were done through UAMCC and 2 days through Soft Wash Systems. These institutions teach the higher end power washing techniques that are used throughout the US. To address our plant issues we were having we added a new plant protection plan in 2014 that includes a neutralizer and fertilizer that was developed in the industry to address plant problems like ours. Since then I haven’t had any vegetation complaints.

I would ask one thing of anyone that ever has a complaint, PLEASE CALL ME! I can’t improve my level of customer service if I don’t get feedback from my customers. My goal is to provide a very high level of customer satisfaction and I am always looking for better ways to do things. The feedback my customers give me is instrumental in me improving this level of customer service.
