Dr. Soto completed his family medicine residency in October 2008 from San Jacinto Methodist Hospital and Baylor College of Medicine, where he was awarded the I-CARE Values Award. He received his medical degree from Universidad Central Del Este in the Dominican Republic; and then completed additional medical education at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Florida.
