I have order 4 dresses at Arlenes and Debbie & Jamie have always been wonderful. It's hard to find this type of service at a retail shop. I went to multiple dress shops to try on gowns and Arlene's made me feel like I was the only bride in the store. Their prices and customer service do not compare to any other bridal salon in the area. I would recommend them to everyone!

Any thriving reputable business would welcome customers and accommodate any of their needs (big or small). Not so with Arlene’s Bridal. The owner Debbie has no professional courtesy or ethnical conscience regarding competitors and your honesty about certain choices, selections or purchases. At this shop, you are expected to buy “ALL” or nothing for you and your bridal party. Otherwise, don’t waste your time. Trust Me!
