I am 100% satisfied with the job............. .. My experience with Armadillo Foundation Repair was the best I have ever experienced with any other foundation company out there. Jerry Sallas was very helpful, he and his crew was the most honest people that I have ever meet. They were professional and courteous. Also offered a reasonable price and financing options. Armadillo Foundation Repair people go the extra mile to make sure everything is right, and none of them are afraid to get their hands dirty. They are the best out there!!! I have to give these guys credit. I saw a bad review here but that wasn't my experience. I called, they showed up on time. Jerry Sallas was very knowledgeable, most honest guy I had ever meet. The best in the business, they fixed all my foundation problems I would refer them to everyone that has a foundation issue thanks guys. O ya they worked with me on payment options very helpful.

Armadillo Foundation and Repair on Lisa Rae in Round Rock, Jerry Sallas told me he could fix my laundry room concrete, by removing the concrete. When they showed up the Spanish Speaking only workers showed up and started jack hammering the concrete. Then John(the son) Sallas showed up. I asked John Sallas if he needed a permit to do this. John's reply was that they try to avoid the permit office. I then asked him what if he needs a permit, and John said it would fall back on them, Armadillo. There were lots of problems throughout, including them going back on what Jerry and I agreed to. they did not provide a drawing, they just started the work. Then John demanded that I sign a contract after jack hammering was done, and after I found out they were avoiding the permit office. I cannot get my laundry door back on now AFTER they poured the concrete. And there are puddles which cause a mess on the sidewalk. I uploaded pictures if they are allowed after they are reviewed by whoever reviews them. I called the city office because of the problems, and that's when I found out that Armadillo not only DID NOT GET A PERMIT BUT THEY WERE NOT LICENSED. So that caused a big stink. I stopped pay the final check after I found out that information. Then Armadillo placed a lien on my house, and we were forced to pay atty's fees and the full contractual amount. Armadillo did not fix the problems. I even went through the BBB, and the BBB told me they cannot make them fix anything. they were rude and there was no one ever there that could make any decisions, or changes when all these problems came up. Now we have a laundry room that is totally exposed to the elements because the door doesn't fit. And we have terrible looking puddles when it rains with debris, dirt, and you name it. Armadillo Foundation Repair on Lisa Rae in Round Rock - not a nice company and did not fix their mistakes.
