Stay away! Horrible!:
STAY AWAY! Discriminatory and Rude LA Spa: Aroma Resort, bad, bad, bad! Horrible experience! Staff allowed another spa guest to verbally assault me and my guests in the Spa room because we were not naked like them in the spa room. There was nothing saying we had to be and no one made us aware of this. She said “To take our culture and go back to our country and use it over there”. Manager, staff and owner did NOTHING. We felt insulted and unwelcome even upon our arrival. We were not shown the facilities or told of the spa etiquette for the whirlpool. I have been to many spas around the world and have NEVER been treated in this bad manner. They should be reported to the media and told of their poor business practices and discrimination. There website is totally inaccurate and opposite of what the place actually is. I repeat STAY AWAY from
