Couldnt thank you enough:

I was cleaning out my three year olds bedroom and when I stepped out she somehow managed to lock herself in the room. I didn't want to damage my door so I decided I had to call a locksmith. This company sent a tech out asap and the rep was really helpful and understanding. The tech got the door open really fast, and thank God she was alright just a little shaken.
