Ars/anderson heating stay away!:
Charged my elderly mother $170.00 for a thermostat that costs $25
plus $60.00 just to come out to her house. So the bill was $230.00.
I dont believe this charge is justified for a thermostat and 5 minutes
of service. They took advantage of an old lady! They have a
"Buyers Right to Cancel" Policy on there invoice that gives you the
consumer the right to cancel the transaction up to 3 days after work
is done! Biagio the manager doesnt honor this righ and either does
this company
! AVOID THIS BUSINESS! They go 2 names Anderson Heating
& Cooling and ARS.
