Bad Experience:
The sells people are good, very helpful. My problem is the products. I ordered a dining table and bedroom set on 10 Mar. I was told the bed was due to come in mid March, now it not going to be in until April. Had I known that I would of went with another bedroom. The bigger problem is the dining table. It was delivered and the bottom was broke so I had to take another day off work for the next delivery...the next week! That bottom was broke too so I had to take yet another day off work for the third try. Third try was successful but then when they put it together, the delivery person points out several factory defects on the top and told me he would not accept the table as is. At this point I'm at the end. I always went with Gardner White in the past and never had issues like this.
