To be honest? BEST FLOWERS EVER. I am familiar with the true art of floral design which sadly, not many people are aware of and Artistic Flowers HAS it! Hot, fresh, elegant, tropical arrangements, garden arrangements. They do weddings! I just found this out although they've been doing weddings and events for years and are featured at the big Portland Bridal Show every year. And they are local. We have to support local businesses so shop there! They'll take great care of you ;)
