Many menu items can be made without oil, including the Hiroshima oysters, vegetable sukiyaki, miso soup and most fish dishes.

This spacious second-story Japanese restaurant is usually packed---especially at the boisterously fun sushi bar. In addition to a wide variety of sushi and sashimi, you can order tempura (shrimp, scallops and vegetables) and beef sukiyaki with enoki, udon, tofu and vegetables, along with more unusual dishes like seafood bouillabaisse with shrimp, sea bass, scallops, salmon, clams, green mussels...
