Aspen Athletic on Fleur is a 24hr fitness center in the heart of Des Moines. We offer Life Fitness cardio with attached tv screens, a full line of pin select and free weight equipment to meet all your work out needs. There is also a functional training area to round out your work out. We offer personalized training as well as group classes to fit every fitness level.
