Go elsewhere for Dentures! Poorly trained staff and very unprofessional atmosphere at this location. They do not know how to make them. Several adjustment appointments to adjust the lower denture in the same area has not even helped. The high piece around the back of my tongue even looks very high when you look at it. Another dentist has confirmed that this piece is what is causing it to literally pop out of my mouth when drinking water. Among the other issues with them making them both unable to be utilized. They are not capable of even adjusting their own poor work. Last time I was there over 1 hour for my appointment before I was even seen. No one let me know of the wait or apologized and then many staff members were out by the front desk having a party, laughing and looking at company t-shirts. When standing there to just ask a question, several ignored until one just said that she "does not know what is going on."
There most expensive dentures were even purchased just with a discount card used. Returned the dentures by mail over 30 days ago and they are keeping the $2,442 per the very unprofessional dentist who claims that he is the owner and never there. Even though they have a 90 day money back satisfaction guarantee.
I have needed to drive back to where I had them made previous prior to moving 50 miles out this way, for them to be made again now and pay again of course. I now have dentures that look appropriate and can be utilized. I have never experienced such a complete waste of time and money.

ADMI you know what you did to my mouth? You had your hygienist seat and seal a permanent crown at the instruction of YOUR dentist. ADMI this is illegal, yet you got away with it. The OR Dentistry Board did nothing as you already know (how much $$$ do you pay them anyway; just kiddin lol). It was them who told me what you did was illegal, yet they didn't do as much as slap your hand. Then you threatened me with your attorney which scared most of the TEAM away, at least in the beginning. ADMI I have NO OTHER RECOURSE than to dedicate for the rest of my life devoting time each month to warn as many people as possible to Stay Safe; Stay AWAY From Aspen Dental. I understand you are getting ready to infiltrate the State of CA, and ADMI I'm on the front lines as you pull in like a band of cockroaches. I'm working now in Modesto, but then will head over to Hollister. You see I went to College in Santa Cruz, CA and those areas are VERY familiar to me. As well as Fresno/Clovis/Visalia, and who would have thought, Palm Desert where I once lived at worked. I am disabled now as you know (your favorite type of victim), but I did work for the college there. YES I am VERY familiar with these areas, and as such what B.A.D. has decided to do is focus primarily on California. NO we are NOT going away......just want to spend our time wisely is all.
