Aspen Machining was started in 1998 by William C. Everitt and Loren J. Mott, both toolmakers with a desire to deliver outstanding quality at competitive prices. The company's first jobs were building specialty fixtures for the plastic injection molding industry using manual equipment. Initially the business was run from a garage using mostly manual machines.
