It has now been a year since the original bait and switch to get people to sign a lease before you see see your actual apartment. The pain gets worse from there. Broken promises continue over and over. The completion rate for requested help is less than 25%. I was told today they do not need to provide air conditioning (temp 88) under Colorado law?!? I was dumbfounded by the lack of concern and repeated broken promises. My apt is cleaner now then the day I moved in, I'm quite 52 years old single pay my rent one week early every month break no rules and things continue to become more and more Ghetto after saying it was a new company that bought the complex but it is obvious they are just taking in the high rates in a market full of demand due to the influx of people into Colorado. You would be better off paying a few hundred more in living almost anywhere else the here.
