They rip you off. The guy is running a sham business. By law they are required to post the daily value of metals, the scale must be regulated by the state (sticker was intact but not placed as it should be) and they must test the jewelry in front of you. The guy took my stuff in the back and when I pointed out he is going against code by not checking in front of me, he got really rude and nasty saying he "doesn't report to the state and doesn't have to tell them anything". Then refused to buy my stuff saying"I disrespected him" just because I pointed it out. Will not be doing business and will be sure to pass on my experience to everyone I know as well as the state department. Please do your research. You can get details here:
