Horrible:
ATID is the shadiest property company I have every dealt with. They never respond to your concerns unless you harass them, then it will take forever for anyone to come help you. They will often schedule an appointment to come check or fix something then no one will show up. (which is really aggravating if you have to take off work for it.) The emergency number they provide you doesn't work, and they will only accept maintenance issues via email (which they wont respond to). DOCUMENT YOUR APARTMENT They told us we left our apartment in disgusting condition after I spent days cleaning every corner and appliance. I left that place perfectly clean and was told that it was disgusting! HORRIBLE STAY AWAY!

First I would give ATID a zero if it was an option.
RUN and RUN fast all Temple students and all other renters out there. Find another company there are plenty out there. This is the worst company to rent from. A completely shady operation. They come across so wonderful and professional in the beginning but in the end watch your back because you will get screwed out of your money. I was lucky compared to others with my apartment not to many problems. In the end however got screwed out of security. Why u ask they just stop responding when its time to give you back what is rightfully yours. Don't respond to emails, phone calls, can't go there because they have to buzz you in the building.
In response to a review below yeah Roza seems great in the beginning wait until your lease is done. You will see a whole new side of her.
We all need to form a group power in numbers get back what is legally ours.

Atid was good to me:
I rented from ATID for two years, and I feel that they made it easy for me to move in, considering it was my first apartment. I had no clue what I was doing, but they helped me through it. Since I was a student, I didn't have any credit. All I needed was a cosigner. Atid is good for students. It was close to school, and the agent that helped me out was super nice too.
