My husband and I drove from OH to MI to make an adittedly emotional purchase of a Class C motorhome from Atkins RV. We both grew up in families that camped and the price and extremely low mileage on this unit seemed too good to be true. We bought every word Paul Atkins said, wanting to believe in the decency of another person. He misrepresented nearly everything. On our first trip out with the motorhome (excluding driving it back to OH), we had to have it towed to Camping World after the serpentine belt shred, and CW further found out the catalytic converter was nothing but dust and all 10 coils and plugs were gunked with sludge. We also had to have it completely re-sealed after we were told by Paul that they completely sealed and winterized the unit upon them taking possession. He even went so far as to tell us delamination (another learning experience) was completely natural!
