I had an ipod that needed to be fixed didnt know what was wrong with it. I gave them the ipod and they said they would run a free diagnostic. I had to call them and ask about it two days later because I had no contact from them. At first they told me it would cost 75 dollars to fix when I told them the apple store was charging me less they dropped it to 65 then 45. I agreed with the price and four days later I was told to come pickup and pay for my ipod. when I drove up to the store they told me all they had done was reset my ipod and that didnt fix it so they had my ipod for 6 days and still did not know what was wrong with it yet I was told he couldnt go under 45 and he didnt know what was wrong with it. They are unprofessional and lie do not give them any business I would like to see all of their stores go out of business. I did not have time for games. and im sure that you customers dont either I am still looking for a place to get my ipod fixed as this happened last week any tips would be greatly appreciated
