These guys will replace parts that don't need replaced. Plus they're gonna leave oily hand prints all over your car!!! I've used these guys for the last two years and had a feeling I was being ripped off...but wasn't sure. I mean you never know with used cars. I went in a few months ago cause my car would make a grinding noise sometimes when I went to start it up. After third attempt it always starts though. They said needs new starter...well after new starter...still does it. Well today I went in for a whining noise from the main belt and was told it need a $250 harmonica pulley. I asked if they were sure this was the correct part cause I can't afford to replace incorrect parts anymore. Tito went off! Called me every name in the book! I tried to explain past history to justify my concern.. He basically talked to me like we standing in a prison yard!!! So BEWARE!!! They just pick a part to replace without properly diagnosing the actual problem!
