AT&T

Last year I upgraded 5 cell phones with J Bailey Wireless, all these phones are on a single AT&T account. When my daughter moved to another city and got her own phone I disconnected her line and added another. J Bailey Wireless then attempted to collect $500 from me for wireless service account termination, the account is still quite active and in good standing. I called AT&T who told me that this practice is NOT what they consider honest and for me to find one of thier "core" stores from now on. J Bailey is not a core store for AT&T and so is not subject to the business practices of AT&T. They just sell the phones, basically. Also, J Bailey NEVER contacted me directly, they simply turned over the $500 charge to a collection agency, which is how I found out about it. J Bailey also would not return my phone calls. DO NOT do business with J Bailey Wireless, they are dishonest.
