This company does not give people a fair chance before they start towing. I was towed approx. 10 mins after I parked my car. And I patronized the business of the parking lot I parked in! The first guy I spoke with, who happened to be the driver, seemed to sympathize with me but of course he said he couldn't make any decisions. It sounded like HE would have given my car back, but then again he could have been faking since HE is the one who towed it. The driver then gave me another number to call and that man was completely RUDE and HEARTLESS. I was with my 6 yr old in humid, 85 degree weather for hours trying to deal with these guys over the phone, trying over and over again to explain my situation. At one point I started crying and the guy laughed in my ear and hung up. They then proceeded to not answer my calls for at least the next 30 mins. By this time my six year old was screaming & crying, had to go to the bathroom, and was getting overheated. I flagged a man down to use his cell so that they would see a different telephone number and they finally answered. At that time I proceeded to asked them to please bring my car and I had to pay out of my RENT MONEY. Now what am I gonna do??? And do u know they had the nerve to call me back to ask if I would return to the place where my car was towed AFTER me & my six yr old traveled ALLLLLL the way down to their business office?!?! After all of those miles of walking??? I don't think so! When they finally brought my car, they blocked me & my six year old in like prisoners between the tow truck & a raggedy gate near a junk yard with this crazy pit bull looking dog until they got their money. Bottom line - I could see if I wasn't gonna patronize the business I parked at. Like I said, in all of 10 mins my car was gone, and I was in that area less than an hour. Just be fair, if I were there for more than an hour and didn’t patronize the business that would be another story. Mad isnt even the word for how I feel right now. I wouldn't have given them even one star if I could have helped it!

This by far is the worst towing in history! My experince was awful it made my day the worst i have ever had. The staff was extremly rude and gave me no help. They had a dangerous pitbull running around with no supervisor that chased me up the stairs. This is an awful business and should be shut down. The manager Alex is a rude heartless man that can not run an efficient bussiness!
