The service department is absolutely wonderful. They pay attention. They are also courteous, accommodating, friendly and they remember your name! Also, the work that is done is exemplary. They techs have done everything asked the first time around and to 100% satisfaction.

Prompt attention to my car:
I was impressed with the quality of service with my last two visits to Audi. I did not have an appointment, but I was given an brief assessment of the problem with my car. Stephanie had a loaner available for my use until my repairs were completed. The repair work was really good. The had prompt service and paid attention to my needs. I appreciate the great customer service and prompt attention to my car.

Very friendly service:
Great Service department - Service coordinator Cat Reyna answered all my questions, was able to service my Audi around my busy schedule, and provided temp transportation
This is the best dealership of all makes I have used in 50 years.They go way above what is required or expected. Very friendly service with prompt response to service call and timely completion of the repair. Loaner car is same model as my car. Service rep contacted me as soon as the car was ready.

Sidney Stephens was great. She provided me with an accurate estimate before the vehicle was even looked at. She called and provided all the details regarding the service I requested. Jordan was also very informative and helpful during my maintenance. I am now a loyal customer and will continue to return for service. Once it is time to purchase again I will strongly consider University Audi again. I had an over all positive experience. The entire service team was great. I would like to say that I especially appreciate Vic for his knowledge of what was going on with my vehicle and his willingness to work with my schedule. All in all this is just a great team to work with.
