Poor Experience:
Poor customer service, period. Each time I have visited, even when I actually bought items from them, I always felt as if they felt I were "bothering" them with questions. Not accommodating, it was like pulling teeth to get them to let me hear some speakers I wanted to audition. They do carry some cool brands, however. Perhaps if you were spending a ton of money with them, they might treat you like a valuable customer.
