I would NEVER use them.:
The Gainesville location is the original location that "doesn't listen" but this office had to be a close second when I called them to remove my name from a mailing list.
I have been receiving junk mail from these people for over 2 years, each time calling and asking to be removed from their mailing list. They don't care, they keep mailing. Each time they just say, well pass it on to someone that might could use it. That will NEVER happen and I will NEVER go to them for help. If they cannot do something simple like remove me from a mailing list how competent can they be?
