Aurora Fossil Museum

Since 1978, Aurora Fossil Museum has been providing Museum from Aurora.

We have 3 buildings which include both local fossils from the NC 's coastal plains and from around the world. We are known for the megalodon shark. There are also minerals and fossils from around the world on display and a chance to dig for your own fossils in our "Pit of the Pungo"
