horrible owners:
dont waste your money. i use to be an instructor here. its dirty and unprofessional. if you are offered a position to instructor by all means if you REALLY need the money, go for it, but keep in mind that they DO NOT pay you on time. they hold checks and keep account for your salary because they will cut you short if you are not on top of these things. they still owe me money. from 2 years ago and with all the attempts i made to contact them they never got back to me. i enjoyed instructing here because of the students and some of the staff, but all the really good staff left because we were all getting jipped. i only give this spot 1 star because i feel people should know the truth about this place. i so badly wanted it to work, but i dont work for free, especially when they are charging $500+ for a 2 week class which holds at least 10 students and you only have 4 staff members (I'm only speaking of 1 location -- they have at least 3 locations). the owners are thieves! oh, and i forgot, there is no real job placement. all they do is give you a password to get online to a list of places that will "possibly" hire you. i was student at authentic school many moons ago and i was better off finding jobs off of craigslist and/or going into different bars myself.

SCAM!!!!:
They promised fabulous jobs making $40,000.-$90,000. a year, I graduated the class in May 2012 and I'm still waiting for job placement!!!! The same jobs from last year are still on their website, most are at least an hour from my home. Teachers were too busy doing personal business and having cigarette breaks. The 'liquor" bottles smelled so bad you could barely get near them. I have applied for almost 50 jobs, most told me a bartending certificate means NOTHING, they want people with food service experience. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!! Just start as a waitress/waiter and move to bartending.
